Position Summary:

As a Customer Success Representative at Inspirigent Consulting Services, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our enterprise SaaS solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, troubleshooting, and continuous product adoption. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Prospect new leads through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
• Conduct product demos (in person or remote)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic person for an exclusive role of the Technical Implementation Consultant. The resource will be a part of the team responsible for expanding the integration platform to multiple existing as well as new clients and partners. This involves working with different partners to build the relationship, develop the integration and follow the defined SOP. Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Help build partnerships with new vendors using the defined SOP.
• Collaborate with partners and business stakeholders, assist in the development process and ensure compliance to all requirements.
• Manage activities and projects to ensure proper functionality, documentation and roll-out procedures.
• Maintaining technical knowledge related to our suite of hardware and software product lines and industry.
• Setup, configure and test hardware and software components as well as configure software remotely at client sites. Also, provide telephone, remote and on-site support for clients to provide quick resolution to problems.
• Review all solution architectures and components and analyse all clients’ requirements for integration processes and ensure adherence to the same.
• Provide technical education to all partners and maintain quality of work for customers.
• Identify new revenue channels and opportunities with existing and new partners.
• Develop and improve documentation to support problem analysis and resolution.
• Manage the assessment of implementation and support of major system upgrades.

Technical Responsibilities

• Learn all functional and technical aspects of the applications regarding their functionality and associated technologies.
• Create solutions to meet customer needs and communicate those to internal developers and engineers for custom implementations and overall product enhancement.
• Act as the SME for knowledge on integration strategy with external vendor products.
• Conduct interface data testing and perform end to end regression testing.
• Research new technologies, applications and solutions for integration, participate in integration product evaluations and make recommendations on how they can be the best deployed.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations to product management based on client’s experience in integration projects.
• Assist in maintaining API documentation and guides.

Onboarding and Business Development

• Help expand the installation base using the existing integration with existing vendors and clients.
• Assist all clients in integration requirements and prepare, design and document all processes as per the requirements.
• Perform and manage applications and other utilities installation, configuration and deployment.
• Provide functional and technical support to company’s sales team and partners in product demonstrations, customer needs analysis and post-sales implementation.
• Provide ongoing customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and develop additional sales within the acquired base.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

• Candidate with Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Quality Assurance and Restaurant POS Support Experience would be a BIG PLUS!
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in office or at off-site client location.
• Possess advanced written and verbal skills.

The primary focus will be to configure and implement Plum Point of Sales and provide offsite support, telephone support, and remote access support for hardware and software issues to our clients. You will also be responsible to manage and perform assigned tasks effectively, work together with others as a cohesive team, communicate and act professionally within workplace and with clients. This involves maintaining a good knowledge of existing and future software and hardware products.

• Setup, configure, and test hardware and software components.
• Configure software remotely at client sites.

Position Summary:

As a Point of Sale (POS) Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing, modifying testing, debugging and maintaining the POS system. The primary focus will be in the area of our Plum POS system, developing enhancements and supporting integration to downstream systems. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation, participating in technical design sessions and identification and resolution of code defects as they may arise. Finally, providing progress updates to leadership will be needed.

Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Maintaining existing integrations and developing new integrations with third party Loyalty, Gift Card and Online Ordering platforms.
• Develop technical designs and implement code according to the standards and business rules in our Plum POS product range.
• Develop code and architecture that will be used by the team to promote system stability, scalability, security and reusability.
• Provide creative designs and solutions to enhancements or correct code defects within the POS software.
• Perform comprehensive unit tests to ensure quality of code delivery.
• Identify and communicate any issues or concerns regarding projects or defects.
• Provide estimates of work effort for required and assigned programming tasks related to support, initiatives and projects.
• Participate in design discussions and business requirements gathering.
• Assist team with other tasks such as code audits and research.
• Must be a team player and be able to work with other developers and offshore team.

Additional Responsibilities:

Working with store solutions team and other business units in following areas:

• Assisting team member(s) with research, due to potential production code defects or store level POS issues.
• Working with other functional areas of the IT department impacted by the current project(s) you are contributing to.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of working IT experience, software engineering and development.
• At least 5+ years working experience in POS and Retail Software development.
• Rich experience of Integration with Gift card, Loyalty providers and credit card processing.
• Programming Language skill set: Java and Android.
• Scripting and styling language skill set: XML and JSON.
• Ability to debug code.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with people from various departments.

Comfortable/working knowledge with the following technologies:

• RESTful API implementations (designing & integrating)
